Valuing Perspectives.

Art is my passion.

It is a powerful channel to express ideas and to create a dialogue with people.

Art history support the evolution of human civilization and continues to expose our current contemporary issues as a global society. There are no boundaries for artistic expression or art interpretation.

I love engaging in discussions about Contemporary Art and understanding diverse perspectives. I’m able to engage in critical thinking, dialogue, and empathy with artists, viewers, collectors and anyone who would like to discuss about how art impact our society.

Contemporary Citizen.

We live in a data-driven society.

We are connected globally through social media, news, applications and real-time communications. COVID-19 pandemic changed our lives. We all have understood that change is constant, but we can always adapt and become more empathetic and versatile to overcome circumtansces,

As a Contemporary Citizen, I’m motivated to work in organizations that generate innovative solutions that improve the lifestyle and needs of communities globally. Data Analytics is also significant to solve problems and fundamental to conduct any business nowadays. I’m motivated to grow organizations into next generation enterprises.

“Because management deals mostly with the status quo and leadership deals mostly with change, in the next century we are going to have to try to become much more skilled at creating leaders.”

— John P. Kotter (b. 1947, USA)

Creative Leadership.

Change is constant and brings progress and opportunies.

Facilitating change management is a difficult task. We are resilient to change and it’s one of the hardest task to manage within an organization. I value leadership and empathy to embrace change specially during the COVID-19 pandemic. We learned that we do not control our lives.

I have experience the true nature of change being from Caracas, Venezuela a country who was one of the wealthiest countries in South America which is now experiencing the worst and global hyperinflation rate, among other major issues. Also, immigration has impacted me heavily and led me to explore different career paths and intellectual growth, overcoming resistance to change, and instead, embracing change for my personal and professional development.

Change can bring positive outcomes and my goal is to embrace my personal experience to inspire and motivate change within organizations and communities.
